If not you can usually rent them any some Auto parts store for cheap. Remove spark plugs on that bank, remove radiator cap, and pressurize the system. Look for any sign of pressure dropping. If your HeadGasket is on it's way out, you should see coolant building up in the cylinder(s). Was any timing components changed recently? I would say it's highly unlikely that all 3 cylinders on that one bank would have worn rigs for example. Just start with the basic inspections, post results, and we'll go from there.
